I hear you and I get it. There’s nothing wrong with you and I’m here to help.

You’re nervous to peel back the layers, because you’re not sure what you’re going to find. Or you know exactly what you’ll find and that feels even scarier.

This is where I come in. I will be there to sit with you and witness the difficult roles and experiences you’ve been holding.

I am not a “blank slate” therapist and will often share my genuine reactions and guide you through providing those tender parts of you with a corrective experience.

My approach is grounded in the non-pathological approach of Internal Family Systems and is heavily informed by my background in holistic nutrition. We will collaborate to take a deep dive into your life and tailor change specifically to your needs.
